For hygiene reasons, all Lord Walker by Brham products are non-returnable, as stated on each product page. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for opened packs.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the package and the product received. Our team will review your request and help resolve it.
