Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your Lord Walker by Brham order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.

1. Order processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. A few styles or variants may need extra time, in which case processing can take up to 4–5 business days. We'll let you know if your order needs longer.

2. Shipping charges and payment

Shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹379 applies. The final shipping amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery availability depends on your pin code, and you'll see the options available to you at checkout.

3. Delivery and tracking

Once your order is shipped, we share tracking details by email or SMS. Delivery time depends on your location and our courier partners, so the timeline shown at checkout is an estimate.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct, including house or flat number, building, street and pin code, so your parcel isn't delayed. Deliveries can sometimes take longer because of remote locations, courier delays, weather or other situations outside our control. If that happens, our team will help you follow up with the courier.

4. Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all Lord Walker by Brham products are non-returnable, as stated on each product page. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for opened packs.

5. Wrong or damaged items

If you receive the wrong product, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and the product you received. Our team will review it and help resolve it.
